Emergencies require a clear response and good preparation. We conduct regular emergency drills to make sure our people understand what to do and how to respond when an incident occurs.
Our drills include fire and health emergency scenarios, helping our teams stay prepared and improve their response when it matters.
Safety starts with the way we work. At Titian, we build our HSE culture by encouraging people to speak up, understand the risks around them, and take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
HSE awareness is part of our regular activities, from Inspires sessions and Toolbox Meetings (TBT) to town halls and monthly meetings. These activities give our people a space to discuss safety, share information, and learn from what happens in the field
We run a range of HSE programs to support the health and well-being of our employees and maintain a safe working environment.
Our programs include Mini Medical Check-Ups (MCU), Drug & Alcohol Testing, and HSE campaigns that keep health and safety awareness present in our day-to-day activities.
HSSE is a part of how we operate at Titian. Our policy sets the standards we follow to maintain quality, protect our people, support safe operations, and minimize our impact on the environment.
